1. All Sales Final on Consumable Products

Due to health, safety, and regulatory reasons, all sales of consumable hemp-derived products are final. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Hemp flower

  • Edibles (gummies)

  • Inhalable products

  • Any opened or used items

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within seven (7) days of delivery.

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Approved claims may result in:

  • Replacement product

  • Store credit, at our discretion

3. Non-Refundable Shipping Fees

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

4. Chargebacks

Before filing a chargeback with your bank, please contact us directly. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in order cancellation and account suspension.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

6. No Medical Claims

Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with perceived effects, as individual results may vary.

7. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will apply to future purchases only.
